Please join us for our annual Tea Party benefiting the Concho Valley Home for Girls/Children’s Emergency Shelter. This year’s theme is Beauty and the Beast.
Passage through the doors of the Cactus Hotel delivers you safely into the enchanted castle of the Beast. After entering the castle gates, the library beckons your presence, and allows you to rest your eyes on the majestic stained glass window. Take pictures with Belle, her friends, and even the Beast, and then proceed up the stairs to shop among the castle merchants and their assortment of unique treasures. Within the walls of the grand ballroom, you will then delight in an afternoon of fine dining, joyful entertainment, and the timeless tale of enchantment and love.

The Tea Party will have four seatings at the historic Cactus Hotel, 36 E. Twohig:
Saturday, November 4th at 1:00pm
Saturday, November 4th at 3:30pm
Sunday, November 5th at 1:00pm
Sunday, November 5th at 3:30pm

Auction bids will be accepted at the Tea Party for:
•An original framed painting by Kristin Tyler
•Hand painted furniture by Swankee Gray
•A porcelain Beauty and the Beast doll by an anonymous donor

We will also have many special vendors, door prizes, raffle items, and photographic opportunities.
