Dates for the 2009 Tea Party are  November 7  and 8,  the place will be the Cactus Hotel, and the theme is “Disney on Parade,”  featuring many of the characters and songs from past tea parties.   We welcome volunteers to serve on the Tea Party Committee or to work at the event.   Invitations to the Tea Party were mailed in early October. Please call us at 325-655-3821 or email teaparty@conchokids.org if you are interested in volunteering or if you are interested in attending but did not receive an invitation.

            

 

In addition to the performance, vendors will offer souvenir items  and Barney’s Studio will be available for portraits.  There will be a silent auction for a painting by Clay Hejl and children’s furniture hand-decorated by Tabitha Ramirez.  A beautiful porcelain doll created by Kimberley Parker will be raffled off.
